Is practiced
without floor mats wearing good quality trainers or bare feet and
optional attractive aerobic style clothing.
Movements
performed to Aerobic style music. The
system will start with the basic moves in a simplified form, progressing
to more advanced combinations. Thus
catering for student development.
Students are
taught the basic movements with the class grouped in lines and in a
circle.
Emphasis is
on posture, balance, softness, whole body movement & above all, fun!
Later the
students work in pairs on the movements.
